Managing annual compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 is critical for every private limited company operating in India. Failure to comply with mandatory statutory filings not only attracts severe compounding fees and monetary penalties on officers in default, but also impacts company creditworthiness, banking approvals, and investor due diligence.
